We booked a film for the room and I felt it was excessive to be charged £10.00 to watch it. Also the volume was so low it was very hard to hear. Really good area, very central to the town. Lots of choice in the centre for places to etc.

The service from the resteraunt staff and bar staff and spa staff was excelllent. The reception staff were rude and unhlepful, with the exception of one or two.

The room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, and tasted great. T definitley would stay again just for the breakfast.

First class hotel within easy walking distance of main square. Staff spoke excellent english and were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Krakow.

One guide book described this hotel as 'a long taxi journey from the centre'. It isn't. It's a short tram ride or 15 min walk at 'family' pace. The area round the hotel is a little seedy at night but no problems were encountered. The hotel restaurant wasn't cheap and there aren't too many alternatives close at hand, so be prepared to walk for a few minutes to find something (one exception was a reasonable and very cheap Chinese restaurant - turn right out of the hotel and walk 200 m). During our visit in early April it was unseasonably warm and the hotel hadn't turned on its air conditioning - therefore it was a bit uncomfortable at night. Presumably not an issue later in the year. Overall it's a good choice provided you don't mind being a bit out of the centre. The pool was a big draw for us and relaxing in the jacuzzi was great even though it was very warm outside.

Very good hotel - internet facilities provided as part of the service. About fifteen minutes walk into the centre of Krakow - trams can be taken if preferred.
