A highly recommended hotel in an excellent position for the main square and sight-seeing. The hotel is modern and clean and the breakfasts were first class. The staff were excellent being both polite and helpful. This hotel is highly recommended .

Visit St Mary's Basilica and the Castle (Wawel). Do not go home without visiting the Salt Mines and Auschwitz 1 and 11. Many good restaurants but of note was Miod Malina and Szara. A lovely place to visit at anytime of the year. We loved the Polish people!

The hotel was only a few minutes walk from the market square and was therefore ideal for visiting the city day and night.

I really liked the Szara restaurant in the square, the staff were friendly and the food tasty; the salads are fit for two.

We travelled with a 4 month old baby. We had a problem with the room temperature as we thought that the rooms would be air conditioned and we would be able to control the temperature for our baby. This was wrong, the air conditioning is switched off during winter months and we had to open a window!

The location of The Radisson in Krakow couldn't be better, it's within walking distance of many of the main attractions. The room was bigger than normal and the view of the castle was superb. The staff were helpful and friendly whilst still being professional.

Plenty of things to see. The Castle, the Jewish Quarter, the main square are all worth a visit. There are numerous places to eat and would recommend visitors to try one of the local Polish restaurants. Prices vary so every pocket is catered for. A visit to Auschwitz is harrowing but I'm glad I went. Also a must is the Salt Museum which was much bigger than I expected and well worth a visit.

Very central. Driver + cleaning and restaurant staff excellent. The male at the reception desk is not a great ambassador for the Radisson and the hotel loses out with its very expensive bar costs. (Coffee and beer costs are prohibitive)
Top Tip
A very clean, very friendly 'Must See' City. Tours reasonable and tour guides first class.
