On arrival we were told there had been a water leek so our room was not available therefore we would have to stay in another hotel for the first night.We had already read a previous customer's review of the hotel on the internet before travelling who were given the same excuse........coincidence? I think not! More like double booking!? The staff had an awful attitude & were more dominating than helpful.

Very good standard of accomodation. Staff friendly, breakfast good, location great. Quiet but central. Would definatley recommend to a friend.

Can be quite noisy during the night and early morning. Use location close to main square where all the attractions are located.

The hotel was well placed with good facilities, breakfasts were excellent. Although "noisy" on an evening due to nearby bars. Thank goodness they had AC and able to close windows.

The hotel is in a pleasant street, very handy for the main square and easy to get to from the Airport. However, opposite the hotel is a club and another is close by, and noisy into the early hours of the morning. The 2nd time we stayed (on our return to Krakow) we asked for a room on the quiet side of the hotel, but still there was noise of music and people into the early hours. Otherwise, hotel very pleasant and comfortable, with an excellent buffet breakfast.

We found this hotel very central and the staff were very helpful. The breakfasts were very good with great selection. The only downside was the beds!!! We found them very uncomfortable.

Really nice staff and very comfortable. Our triple room was a decent size and the shower was excellent. Breakfast was good, with fruit, cereals, yogurts, hams, cheeses and a choice of hot food. Location was great, as it's just off the main square - close enough to engage with the nightlife, but far away enough to avoid the noise.

Staff on Reception very friendly and helpful
