The Sympozjum Hotel is a modern, purpose-built property with a light cream façade. The medium sized lobby is decorated in a contemporary style, with the reception desk directly opposite the main entrance. The 80 guestrooms feature several different colour schemes, which none less harmonise with the elegant fittings. The furniture is made of natural wood and is complemented by pure-wool carpets, exceptionally comfortable beds fitted with double mattresses and soundproof walls and windows. All the rooms are clean and well maintained, as are the tiled en suite bathrooms. The hotel’s restaurant is located on the ground floor and offers a range of regional Polish specialities and international cuisine. Amongst its most celebrated dishes is pork loin pickled in black pepper, served with Provençal sauce and fried spinach. This and other dishes will assure an unforgettable culinary experience. **** Please note that this hotel is currently renovating the spa area which causes the leisure facilities to be closed a few days a week. The work is due to finish around September 2007 but please check before booking if the use of the leisure facilities are an essential part of your stay. ****
