A family owned property, the Demel Hotel is housed in a modern 4-storey white concrete building, set back from the main road and is shaded by trees. It features a covered entrance, a large private car park and a pleasant terrace to the side. The lobby is small but attractive with marble flooring, a travel agency, a small central seating area and a bar adjacent to the reception area. The 54 medium sized guestrooms are decorated in soothing neutral colour schemes, which contrast pleasingly with the modernist black furniture. They are clean, functional and well maintained, as are the tiled en suite bathrooms. The cosy restaurant, situated on the ground floor, has an informal 'bistro' feel to it and opens onto a sunny and leafy terrace during the summer months. It serves a mixture of regional specialities and international cuisine.
