Although we checked our booking the week before going to confirm it, when we arrived they didn't have a room for us, we were so disapointed, the sent us to another hotel about 10 km from the old town for one night, but it meant we missed having a evening and a morning to explore the town. When we spoke to other people this happens very often. Don't go to this hotel, it's such a shame because it is a really beautiful hotel, very near the old town, restraunts and shops.
