Traveller from Malvern stayed in December,2007

They just do not make it as a 5 star hotel but the location is perfect and rooms are large with well fitted bathrooms. Staff particularly at the front desk are weak and the breakfast is only fair for a hotel of this standard. Dinner was poor. Also there were noisy renovations at 7.30 am one morning! In spite of this we loved our stay because the location is so good and Krakow is a real gem!

Top Tip:
Enjoy everything that Krakow and nearby has to offer. There are restaurants for all tastes near this hotel. Excursions are better done independently rather than with a tour. The Jewish dinner + concert is a must.
