Guest Comment:
A little far out of town but pleasant walk down the riverside. Only complaint was the bed. Rather hard and with a single bottom sheet which rolled up, 1 pillow each but don't know if we could get another and 2 single quilts. The hotel is very warm and cosy.

Top Tip:
For the best home made tomato soup and toasted sandwiches in town try Domone Prygsmaki on Slawkowska (top left hand corner of Market Square). Two restaurants we enjoyed were Orient Ekspres (Done out like an old fashioned steam train but food was excellent) on Stolarska and Kuchnia i Wino (in the Jewish Sector) On Josefa. It has a limited Mediterranean menu but the chef owns it. A must have is the little book called 'Krakow in your pocket', ours was given to us at the hotel, it has everything you need to get around, places to eat and general prices in the restaurants and also admission charges to various museums I don't know what we would have done without it.Just outside the hotel, down the road is a lovely wooded area which was pleasant in winter but could be really lovely in summer.
